Who controls your data
Veridan is the controller of personal information collected through veridan.io. For privacy questions or requests, contact roman@veridan.io.
This policy applies to this website, its enquiry forms and related website communications. It does not govern third-party websites reached through external links.

Why we use information
Respond to enquiries
To review your request, communicate with you and take steps you ask us to take before a possible business engagement.
Operate and protect the website
To deliver pages, prevent spam and misuse, troubleshoot faults and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Measure performance
With your consent, to understand site usage and improve content, navigation and conversion performance.
Meet legal obligations
To keep necessary records, establish or defend legal claims and respond to valid requests from public authorities.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, our legal basis is your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing and developing our business. We balance legitimate interests against your rights and expectations.
06
Retention and security
The website function sends valid enquiries by email and does not maintain a separate website database of submissions. Enquiry emails and related business correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or current engagement, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
Provider logs, security records and analytics data follow the retention settings of the relevant service. We use access controls, encrypted transport, input validation, anti-spam measures and limited service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
07
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete information or restrict how it is used;
- provide certain information in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests; or
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email roman@veridan.ioto exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
This website and its services are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
